Adrienne Varga, or Adri, as we call her, is the heart of our team. She grew up in Hungary, moved to Australia in 2001, and became a proud Aussie in 2016.

For us, that person is Adrienne Varga.
Adri’s story started in Hungary. She moved to Australia in 2001 and later became a citizen in 2016. Hungary’s loss, Australia’s win, because now she’s here, leading with passion and vision.
She’s not just our Vision Leader. Adri is a Certified Coach, a Keynote Speaker, and a Mindset and Leadership Mentor. She’s even written articles for INSTYLE and Hair Biz magazines, sharing her ideas with salon owners and professionals everywhere. Her words have helped many owners see that growth isn’t just about numbers, it’s about mindset, clarity, and confidence.
Her career path is full of twists. She’s worked as a software developer, run import and export businesses, and recruited people in HR. Then came the surprise chapter: running “the hair salon she never wanted.” With creativity and strategy, she turned it into a success. That’s Adri, she takes challenges and turns them into wins.
She’s also a stylist, master colourist, and salon owner herself. So when she talks about business and leadership, she knows it from real experience. That mix of creativity and strategy is what makes her such a powerful leader.
And that’s exactly what led her to create Focus. Through Focus, Adri helps salon, spa, and skin clinic owners break through plateaus, build pricing confidence, and lead with clarity. Focus isn’t just about business tips, it’s about systems, mentorship, and accountability. Adri’s vision is to empower owners to stop doubting themselves and start owning their businesses with confidence.
Outside of work, Adri loves her food (especially organic greens), her fur babies, and caring for the planet. She supports wildlife, reduces her footprint, and lives her best Zen life. Her passion for conservation shows that leadership isn’t just about business, it’s about living with values that matter.
One of her strongest beliefs is about self‑care. Adri always says: you must take care of yourself first before you can take care of others. She lives by that rule and encourages everyone around her to do the same. It’s a simple idea, but it changes everything. When you put wellness first, you lead with more energy, balance, and clarity.
Adri’s coaching style reflects this. She blends mindset with strategy, helping salon owners not only set goals but also believe they can reach them. She teaches that success comes from vision, action, and balance, not from burning out or trying to do it all alone.
